Booking Policy
BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES ARE ALLOWED IN FAIRNESS TO OUR CLIENTS:

Deposit & Lash appointment do’s & don’t
- There is a 50% NON Refundable deposit, all pre-booked appointments you will receive a confirmation text with a deposit request
- (NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT)
- First time client please contact me directly after booking appointment at (619)244-9075 to schedule a patch test.
- Please remove all eye make up prior to your appt. Me cleaning your lashes will only cut time from your appointment, please come with clean lashes!
- Bring contact lenses case if you wear contacts
- No Caffeine before appointment.
- Everyone has different lashes, the health of your natural lash is my top priority.
- Aftercare is a must!
- Limit distractions, this is your ME TIME! Please, no children.
- Must be 18+
Fills
- Remember to book your appointment accordingly ( fill or full set)
- Fills are required to have 50% or more of lash extensions left and they must be in good standing (meaning 50% left after removing all grown out lashes)
- After 3 weeks it’s considered full sets.
- Outside fills will be accepted, with the same conditions, an additional $45 add on fee
Mini Fills- Mini-fills can only be booked within 7 days of your last appointment with at least 75% of your lashes remaining.* If unsure, please send photos.
Reschedule/ Cancelation/ Late Policies
- If you are feeling sick (covid or not) please reschedule. No exceptions. If you show up sick, I will have to cancel your appointment and Non-refundable booking deposit will be collected, deposit does NOT transfer to your new appointment. New deposit will be required.
- Running late!? After 15 min of your appointment, it will be considered a no show. Non-refundable booking deposit will be collected, and balance will be charged to card on file, no explanations.
- (Late to your mini fill will only cut time from your appointment, no grace period)
- If you need to cancel/reschedule. Please reschedule 48hrs before appointment.
- Cancellations done the same day, NO refund on deposit. No exceptions.
- No Call/No Show will be charged 100% of the total service service or remaining balance to card on file.
- If you show up to your appointment with your child, under 14. Your appointment will be rescheduled. Non-refundable booking deposit will be collected, deposit does NOT transfer to your new appointment. New deposit will be required.
- No refunds on any service.
**By booking your appointment you are authorizing Esthetics Bar to charge the card associated with your booked appointment for any cancellations, deposits, reschedules, and no-shows.
